According to a press release from the company, they announced on Thursday that they are instructing their attorneys "to suspend all evictions involving foreclosed occupied single family and 2-4 unit properties that had Freddie Mac-owned mortgages between December 19, 2009 and January 3, 2010."
It's a short reprieve, and there are still way to many families in this predicament. Maybe 2010 will bring better news.
