The two central questions that still need to be settled are "How much development will be allowed, and when?"
The debate still rages about appropriate density levels for the area, a battle that pits "county land-use planners" against "members of the Tysons Land Use Task Force...The task force, which developed the vision plan for the area, says higher densities are needed to encourage the type of development the task force advocates," according to the Times.
